Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I was visiting Virginia Beach for a concert and woke up the next morning with a nail in my tire and pressure rapidly decreasing. I googled tire shops near me and ended up at another shop where I was ignored by the employees. When I pulled up to Tire Choice, I was greeted by a friendly employee who told me they could absolutely take care of my tire, but it might be a little while since they had a few appointments scheduled that day. I was totally OK with this and went inside to the lobby to wait. A few minutes later, the attendant told me they were getting started on my car as the appointments had yet to arrive and that it would only take a few minutes to patch the tires. They patched my tire…

I was very pleased with my experience at Tire Choice. I called around to multiple places on a Friday late afternoon to get an appt asap for an alignment and state inspection. When I spoke with Bill at the Tire Choice on Laskin Rd., he said absolutely , to just drop it off & they would get it done Saturday morning. Steve called me on Saturday when my car was ready & good to go. Not only were both Bill & Steve very friendly, but I also appreciate the shop’s extended hours compared to other automotive shops! Also, I had called the Holland Road location first, and they were just as accommodating, but the Laskin Rd location was just more convenient for me. .

Great experience. Staff was helpful and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. I was also given information regarding best practices and recommendations regarding maintenance for the future. Service was fast. I greatly enjoyed the inspection they provided and they were able to give me a free tire rotation.

I was really hopeful because they have a good rating, but will not be going back or recommending them to others. I went in for a Groupon oil change. I told them to only do the free tire rotation if absolutely needed. My steering was absolutely perfect upon arrival. After completion, while I was driving away my steering wheel was extremely wobbly! I kept driving onto the interstate, and it continued. I called the gentleman who had checked me in and out, and let him know I was coming back in so they could correct the issue. He told me they would NOT. He said I would need to take it to the last place I got the tires rotated & aligned at. I explained that it would be ridiculous for me to ask…

This shop was a life saver! After waiting 4hrs for a tow truck that never came a Good Samaritan put my spare tire on and followed me to Tire Choice where they took amazing care of me! They patched my tire and had me and my 4 grandchildren back on the road in no time! Great shop and service! I can’t thank them enough!
