Back Bay Auto Repair

They took me in on very late notice for a travel trailer state inspection. Efficient, friendly and top-notch professional service.

I've been coming here off and on for 8 years. Only reason I go to a diff place is b/c sometimes they're so busy due to being SO FG GOOD AT FIXING CARS!!! Jenna and team are so patient and transparent. By God I'd let the staff take my daughter for a ski weekend I trust them so much. Do yourself a favor, take your business here - Great service, great Americans!!!

The good guys! I was visiting family from out of town and had some van issues. A few days before that I had my sister in laws car there for brakes and rotors and was just impressed by the level of service and friendliness. When my own van ironically started having troubles a few days later I knew where I wanted to take it. These guys were able to get me in and out the day I called. Reasonable and fair. Good ole boys you can trust!

We have been bringing our three vehicles ( Sedan, Jeep and huge Silverado) to Back Bay Auto since moving to Pungo. They have addressed every issue and concern from inspections to major issues. Always clear and professional w communication on what our vehicles issue is and the fix needed. They are welcoming and trustworthy to boot!! We never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family! Always leave there a satisfied customer!!

Extremely impressed with the neighbors at Back Bay Auto Repair. Brought my CR-V in on a late afternoon and had it back first thing the next day. Fair pricing, quick service and great customer service! Highly recommended!!
