Crash Champions Collision Repair Virginia Beach

It was a great experience from start to finish. Desi was great with communication throughout the whole process. She also got me an extension of an extra day or two with the rental car because they were waiting for the part that delayed the delivery of the finished product. Overall, the experience is excellent, and I recommend them for your insurance claim needs.

Super quick turnaround for our car repair. We had a fender bender repaired in less than 4days. Lobby was clean, they offered us coffee, tea or water and the receptionist and Valerie was beyond hospitable. Truly a professional and properly run auto repair shop!

A couple of small scratches and dents on passenger side doors. Should have been simple. The shop had for 11 days and turned out a sub-standard paint job that had to be re-worked. Amazing customer service!!!!!!! They held my car there for me after it was done due to me being out of town for the holidays!!!!! My car wouldn't start and they gave me a jump before I left!!!!! Such amazing staff and I'm happy with the look of my vehicle!!!!!

Crash Champions were the best with handling my vehicle! From the beginning I was told the process and estimated timeframe for completion. It took a few days longer but only because of a part on back order. They were professional and informative.
